Section 1
Service use
Trinolux SMS Gateway provides dashboard, REST API, and SMPP-enabled tools for sending, tracking, and managing SMS traffic. You may use the platform only for lawful messaging workflows and in accordance with applicable telecom, privacy, and consumer protection rules.
Section 2
Accounts and roles
Customers are responsible for managing user access, assigning appropriate roles, disabling accounts when access changes, and protecting API keys and SMPP credentials. Activity performed through an authenticated user, API key, or SMPP client may be attributed to the customer workspace.
Section 3
Sender IDs and content
Sender IDs may require approval before use. You are responsible for ensuring message content is accurate, authorized, non-deceptive, and compliant with recipient consent and opt-out obligations.
Section 4
Recipient data
You are responsible for the recipient lists and phone numbers uploaded or submitted to the platform. You must not send messages to recipients without required consent or legal basis.
Section 5
Transactions
Transactions are based on SMS unit purchases, invoices, and other agreed commercial arrangements. Usage reports, payment records, and SMS balances in the dashboard are provided for operational visibility.
Section 6
Availability and delivery
SMS delivery can depend on carrier routing, provider availability, destination rules, handset state, and recipient network conditions. Delivery reports reflect provider and platform events available to the service.
Section 7
Restricted activity
You must not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful marketing, deceptive sender identity, credential sharing, attempts to bypass limits, or traffic that violates provider or network rules.
Section 8
Changes
Trinolux may update these terms or platform features as the product, routing providers, regulations, and customer agreements evolve. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
