Information we process
Trinolux SMS Gateway processes account profile data, organization details, user roles, sender IDs, recipient phone numbers, message content, delivery events, billing records, API keys metadata, SMPP client metadata, and operational logs needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, send SMS messages, manage sender identity approvals, provide delivery reports, enforce usage limits, support billing, secure API and SMPP access, investigate abuse, and provide customer support.
Message and recipient data
Recipient lists, phone numbers, message bodies, and delivery logs are used to operate SMS workflows requested by authorized workspace users or API clients. Customers are responsible for obtaining required consent from recipients.
Security
The frontend uses secure session handling through HTTP-only cookies. API keys and SMPP credentials should be scoped and rotated when access changes. Plaintext API keys and rotated passwords are shown only when generated.
Sharing
Data may be shared with telecom providers, routing partners, and infrastructure processors only as necessary to deliver messages, operate the platform, comply with law, or protect the service.
Retention
Operational records are retained for delivery reporting, billing, audit, troubleshooting, compliance, and legal export workflows. Retention periods may vary by customer agreement and jurisdiction.
Your choices
Workspace administrators can manage users, API keys, recipient lists, sender IDs, and SMPP clients from the dashboard. Contact support for account-level privacy or compliance requests.
